FAQ
Can each shirt have a different name or role on it?
Yes. Every shirt is printed individually, so one can say "Dad," another "Grandma," and another the family name — customize each shirt as you add it to the order, and the design can stay the same across all of them.
Can we mix T-shirts and sweatshirts with the same design?
Yes. Upload the same artwork on tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, or long sleeves in the same order — the preview shows you how it looks on each garment before you check out.
What sizes do the shirts come in?
All four garments come in sizes S–3XL. T-Shirts are available in 11 colors; sweatshirts, hoodies, and long sleeve tees come in White, Black, and Gray.
When should we order for Christmas?
Most orders are fulfilled in 2–3 days and then travel 2–4 days within the US. Ordering at least a week before you need them is comfortable — for Christmas morning, order by mid-December at the latest.
What file should we upload?
A PNG or JPEG, up to 20 MB per side. For a family photo, use the largest, clearest version you have — the customizer previews it on the front and back before you order.
