If you're ordering custom apparel for a business, team, or school, the first question is usually: what will it cost? At Threadmates, bulk orders are priced by quote — here's exactly how that works, and what to send us to get one.
1. Send your design and quantities
Start with the basics: your artwork or logo, the garments you want (tees, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips, polos, hats), and how many of each — sizes included if you have them. Tell us what the order is for and when you need it. That's everything we need to price it.
2. Get your bulk quote
We have standard bulk pricing — it's in the catalog we share with businesses and teams — and your exact quote depends on a few choices you make:
- How many sides are printed — a front print alone vs. front and back.
- Sleeve prints — adding a print on the sleeve.
- Garment brand — our base products are priced standard, and choosing a different brand changes the price.
Send us your design, garments, and quantities through our contact page, and we'll come back with an exact quote for the full order — no guessing, no checkout surprise.
3. See a free sample first
Businesses and teams can get a free printed sample tee with their logo before committing to the full order, so you can see and feel the result first.
4. Approve it, we print it
Once you approve, your order is printed right here in River Edge, New Jersey, with DTG or DTF printing — we'll recommend the right method for your design and garments. We're an online studio, so everything happens online or by email; no walk-ins needed.
One thing worth knowing
There's no minimum per design — bulk rates simply apply to the quantities you order. So whether it's a 15-person staff or a 150-person event, the process is the same.
